Tanya is a graduate from the Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University. In addition to her education, she has over 17 years experience in the Career Development field.

Tanya’s focus is on assisting her clients through all aspects of their career transition and management. Recognized as an effective communicator, Tanya enthusiastically provides her clients with a foundation to develop their career vision, utilizing various career transition and search strategies. In addition to her one on one coaching, she is an experienced facilitator in the areas of Networking, Effective Interviewing Skills, Career Focus, Resume Development and Retire to the Life You Design.

Tanya is skilled at working with a broad range of clients from all industries and levels of the organization.  Recognized for delivering exceptional client service.

In her free time, Tanya loves being in the mountains hiking and cross-country skiing.
